How do I cancel my subscription?01
Go to Subscription → My Account. From the Razorpay portal you can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Why is my product stock not updating?02
The Products tab refreshes stock automatically when you switch to it. If you still see stale numbers, pull to refresh — stock is always computed server-side from purchases, sales and returns.
How do I import products from a CSV?03
Go to Products → Import. Download the sample template, fill it in, and upload. The import surfaces errors line-by-line so you can fix and retry.
Are my reports safe for tax filing?04
Reports give you accurate snapshots of sales, COGS and profit, but we always recommend reviewing them with a qualified accountant before filing.
