Terms & Conditions

By creating an account, downloading the app, or using any part of QuickBiz, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you represent a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of the business details you submit. You must notify us immediately at support@quickbiz.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

QuickBiz offers a 14-day free trial, after which continued use requires an active subscription. Current plans (price in KWD):

• Monthly — auto-renews every month.
• Yearly — auto-renews every 12 months.

You can switch between plans or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Subscription payments are processed by third-party gateways depending on your platform:

• Razorpay — web and Android customers (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, online bank payments).
• Apple — iOS customers via the App Store.

QuickBiz never stores your full payment card details.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Kuwaiti consumer protection law. For iOS purchases, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through the App Store. For Razorpay charges, contact billing@quickbiz.pro within 7 days of the charge; refunds are granted at our discretion when a billing error is confirmed.

You agree not to:

• Use QuickBiz for any illegal business activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or probe the service for vulnerabilities.
• Upload malware or data that infringes third-party rights.
• Resell access to the service or share your credentials with unauthorised users.

The QuickBiz app, website, logo, designs and source code are the exclusive property of QuickBiz Retail Co. You retain full ownership of the business data you upload; we are granted only the limited licence needed to host and process it on your behalf.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription (web/Android) or through Apple Settings (iOS). We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or put our platform at risk. On termination you may export your data for up to 30 days; after that it is permanently deleted.

QuickBiz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work hard to keep the service accurate and online, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that financial reports are suitable for statutory tax filing without review by a qualified accountant.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickBiz Retail Co.'s total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including loss of profits, goodwill or data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kuwait City.
